As of today, February 1, 2024, moving customers to and from the Free Energy Club is no longer permitted.

Once customers have been enrolled -- whether through an EA, independently online, or with a Free Energy Club referral code -- customers will remain allocated to that method for the term of their contract. Changes through the previously-existing FEC Customer Claim form or with EA Support assistance have been disallowed and won't be processed.
