Our next Leadership Trip is at the majestic Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen this fall. You coming?

Earn Your Way with Cancun Credits

Your Goal: Accumulate 200 Cancun Credits within any four-week rolling period to secure your spot.

How do these four-week periods work?

Well, that’s sort of up to you. The idea of rolling qualification periods was born out of our desire to keep your momentum going for as long as possible. There are no monthly resets, no waiting for the calendar to turn – just constant action. Here’s what you should know:

  • At the end of each week, we’ll look back at your most recent four weeks of activity.
  • If you’ve earned 200 Cancun Credits in that span, you immediately qualify for the trip.
  • Note: Each week is defined as Monday through Sunday. (With January 1 being a Wednesday, we’re counting all of January 1 through January 12 as one week. Extra days to get off to a strong start. *hint-hint, nudge-nudge*)

What are Cancun Credits?

Cancun Credits are the “travel currency” you’ll need to accumulate to qualify for a spot on our upcoming trip to Cancun. Their value is directly tied to how many customers you and your downline enroll:

  • 4 Credits for each personal customer you enroll.
  • 2 Credits for each personal customer who connects to Think Smart (Texas-only).
  • 2 Credits for each Level 1 customer enrolled.
  • 1 Credit for each Level 2 customer enrolled.
  • New Jersey-related Note: As of January 14, 2025, Cancun Credits for New Jersey UCB community solar enrollments will be halved:
    • 2 per personal customer
    • 1 per Level 1 customer
    • 0.5 per Level 2 customer
  • Note: In order to qualify, at least 12 Cancun Credits must be via personal customers. (In other words, you’ll need to enroll three of your own customers during your four-week window.)

Once you hit 200, you're locked in for Cancun.

Are there separate Senior Leadership qualifications?

What? Did you think we'd only have one way to qualify? It's like you don't even know us at all. If you're a Regional Director or above (or are going to be!), this bit applies to you:

  • Rank Advancers: Ascend to the rank of Regional Director (or higher) between January 1 and June 30, 2025. (Note: Regional Directors must have a minimum of 1,500 TCP.)
  • Existing Partners (or higher): Must demonstrate 10% Open Line Team Customer Growth within the six-month Promotion Period (January 1 through June 30, 2025).

Some Fine Print

  • All customers must either be Pending or Active with a valid Band or Tier assignment.
  • Band 0 and Solar 0 without LMI are not eligible.
  • FEC Customers are not eligible.
  • Customers must go Pending or Active within two weeks of enrollment.
  • Electric customers who do not go Active within 90 days will be subject to additional provisions.
  • Placement of customers in your downline to manipulate rankings is strictly prohibited. Offenders will lose any prize(s) and be subject to compliance review and possible suspension.
  • A minimum of 12 points must come from personally enrolled customers.
  • Each EA can only win once.
  • Trips are not transferable.
  • This excludes Energy Advisors who have significant control over customer enrollment, including property management groups, brokers, or any Advisors enrolling customers where they have agency over those customers.
  • The promotion period runs on a weekly basis (Monday–Sunday).
  • The last eligible day for customer enrollments is June 30.
  • The promotion may end with four weeks' notice at any time.
